Reviewers express disappointment with Lindsey Lace, highlighting significant issues with the authenticity of the photos and the overall experience. One customer mentions that the staff member on the phone is friendly, which is a rare positive note amidst the criticism. However, the reviews indicate that the pictures are misleading, with one reviewer stating that they found the actual appearance to be quite different from what was advertised. Additionally, the sentiment that non-VIPs should look elsewhere suggests a lack of value for regular customers. While one review offers a neutral perspective, it does not provide any strong endorsement. Overall, the feedback reflects a negative sentiment, with consumers feeling let down by the service and product quality.
