Reviews for Amber reveal a predominantly negative sentiment, with many customers expressing dissatisfaction. While a couple of reviewers mention the initial communication as satisfactory, noting prompt callbacks and the allure of the provider's appearance, these positives are overshadowed by significant complaints. A major issue highlighted is the inconsistency in service, particularly regarding punctuality; one reviewer specifically mentions a frustrating wait time that exceeded expectations. Additionally, there are warnings from other users about the overall experience, suggesting a lack of reliability. The absence of clear positive feedback indicates that customers struggle to find value in the service provided. Overall, the sentiment leans heavily towards disappointment.
