Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Natalya, as indicated by the single 3-star review. The customer mentions an initial contact via text to arrange an outcall, highlighting the convenience of communication. However, there is a noted issue with the provider getting lost on the way, which required a phone call for directions. While the review does not provide strong positives or negatives, it suggests that the service may have room for improvement in navigation and punctuality. Overall, the feedback reflects a mixed experience with no clear strengths or weaknesses identified.
