Reviewers express a mixed experience with Vanessa, highlighting both positive interactions and some areas for improvement. One customer appreciates the friendly and eager attitude of the staff, noting that they received prompt communication when setting up an appointment. This responsiveness is a significant plus, as it reflects a commitment to customer service. However, another reviewer mentions a more neutral experience, indicating that while the service was satisfactory, it didn't stand out as exceptional. The shared incall space with another provider may also raise concerns for some consumers about privacy or exclusivity. Overall, while there are commendable aspects regarding staff attitude and communication speed, the lack of standout features leaves room for improvement. The sentiment is mixed, reflecting both positive and neutral experiences.
