Called Rachel and was a usual 2 call system. Set up time and date. Called me from a second phone number that was not on CL. Called and said she would be a little late but turned out to be 1 hr 30 minutes late. Came to my place and....
Venturing further afield for my second experience I tried to reach Samantha several times but got a weird one ring to 3 beep stutter tone on her #. Reviews for Rachael reveal a mixed sentiment among customers. Some people appreciate the ability to secure last-minute appointments, as highlighted by a reviewer who was accommodated due to a cancellation. The upscale location in Old Town Scottsdale also receives positive mentions, contributing to a favorable impression of the environment. However, there are notable complaints regarding communication and punctuality. One reviewer experienced issues with reaching staff, encountering a confusing phone line, while another expressed frustration over being informed of delays. This combination of positive experiences with scheduling and location contrasts sharply with the criticisms of staff responsiveness and timeliness. Overall, Rachael's service appears to have room for improvement, particularly in communication and reliability.
