Reviewers express disappointment with Lex, highlighting a lack of available reviews and transparency. One customer, DRBIKER1, notes that they found the service through a post but were deterred by the absence of prior feedback. Despite being drawn in by appealing pictures, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The sentiment reflects a significant concern regarding the reliability and quality of the service offered, as there are no positive aspects mentioned in the review. With no positive feedback to balance the critique, it seems that Lex struggles to establish a trustworthy reputation among consumers. Overall, the sentiment is decidedly negative.
