Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Casey, as evidenced by the single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The customer arrived with the expectation of seeing a specific provider, Aly, but instead met Casey. While the reviewer did not highlight any specific positives or negatives about the experience, the mention of being shown to the room suggests a level of attentiveness in the initial interaction. However, the lack of detailed feedback leaves a gap in understanding the overall quality of service or any potential issues. With no clear positives or critical themes emerging, the overall sentiment remains neutral.
