Reviewers express a mixed sentiment towards Bridgette, with a notable 3-star review highlighting a significant issue with last-minute cancellations. One customer mentions a "top notch lady" who had to cancel, leading to disappointment and a feeling of being taken advantage of, describing her as a "complete ripoff artist." While there are no clear positives or additional complaints mentioned, the review indicates a lack of reliability in service. The absence of further feedback suggests that experiences may vary widely among consumers. Overall, the sentiment leans towards caution, as the review reflects dissatisfaction with service reliability.
