Reviews for Shea reveal a largely negative sentiment, with customers expressing dissatisfaction about their experiences. One reviewer describes the location as an older, somewhat rundown area, which raised concerns before even proceeding with the appointment. While another review mentions intrigue due to advertising and visuals, it does not translate into a positive experience overall. The lack of clear positives in the reviews suggests that customers are left wanting more, particularly in terms of quality and service. The absence of positive feedback highlights a significant gap in customer satisfaction. Overall, Shea appears to struggle with location appeal and customer experience, leading to a predominantly negative impression.
