From the moment I saw Lauren’s ad, I wanted to see her. I was particularly struck with the fact that she was interested in: " ... a genuine, mature, gentleman looking for a connection/experience, ... who is intelligent, witty, and (... this is the best part) could put her at ease simply by being himself". Although I am reluctant to attempt new connections, (they can take some time and I worry about discretion), I finally sent Lauren an introductory email and I’m glad I did. She quickly responded in a personable fashion that put me at ease. We agreed on a date and time to meet at my downtown hotel and continued to get to know one another as we exchanged witty, playful and sometimes sexy emails which piqued my interest even more. I soon realized I wanted to spend more time with this woman. She agreed to extend our date to 3 hours and I arranged for appetizers and drinks for us to visit over. She arrived on the appointed day on time and very well turned out. I was not disappointed! She is "as advertised" and precisely what I was hoping for: a self-aware, self confident woman, who is comfortable creating a connection, enjoys a glass of fine wine, likes to laugh and is able to engage in thought provoking conversation. She is as warm, attractive, discrete and genuine as her ad suggests and as I had hoped. Because I am comfortable with "being myself" (a description that applied equally to Lauren), we had no difficulty immediately relaxing in each other’s company. We began with a drink and conversation while absorbing each other and a stunning night view of the harbour. We were in the midst of our first glass of wine when … ... Non VIP’s, she is fantastic, of course I will repeat :)
