Ginnie has a pretty good screen system, which should me both parties happy, neither should be LE. I wanted to let everyone know she is well worth your time and the money. After you get past the screening process you are ready for the standard two call system. She doesn't like to work late in the day due to not wanting to disturb her neighbors.
