I called Amy about 1 week in advanc as I was travelling through the city and she was very accomodating. I made a few (not so unreasonable requests) that she seemed very responsive to. I called her on the day of the appointment as requested, and she was not picking up. She eventually picked up and told me she had to fly out of the city to Vancouver THAT DAY before my appointment. I was slightly upset as I had made prior arrangements but she accomodated me and invited me over before she left.
