Provider was easy to reach by text to set up the appointment, which was located in a well-apportioned area of her finished basement. Not much verification, aside from a follow-up phone call. The appointment time had to be moved due to a hiccup in my schedule but she was very accommodating and understanding. When I arrived, her small dog also greeted me. It was a welcome, and very laid back atmosphere. Due to the late hour, Mattie might have been a bit tired. The overall experience was pleasant, and her foot scrub upgrade was very enjoyable, but otherwise the low energy will probably keep me from coming back. For the price, I can't complain too much.
