I contacted her the night before and we set up a time for the next day. She had a snafu with checking in so we had to delay but she was awesome about communicating and had no issues. Got to her room and she is who is in her pictures. She is very talkative which eased my nerves. When you see her this is going to be her thing, she is great about developing a bond and making you relaxed. She is a wonderful woman so treat her well. I would repeat.
