I saw Makinzie's great reviews on TER and wanted to give it a try, I emailed her and she respomded right away and we set a time for later that day. She called about a half an hour before our appointment and said she was running a few min late which turned into 45 min later and I was going to cancel and re schedule but she text me she was only 5 min away so I went ahead...sure glad I did.
