I'd seen Sophie several times in her Oakland, CA location, so when I discovered she was living in Paris and my wife and I were planning to travel there... we decided to visit her as part of celebrating our 20th anniversary, and she helped us have an incredible time. Sophie showed us around Paris during the day, and we played in the evening, As a tour guide and companion, she was delightful, showing us the charming neighborhoods, shops, and lesser-known historical sites (we could find the Louvre on our own). She told us ribald stories of Parisian history and guided us to the best ice cream and the places to shop for jewelry in our price range, She speaks French quite well enough to handle any situation that might come up. For lunch, she had made reservations at the Jules Verne (in the Eiffel Tower) -- supposedly one of the best restaurants in Paris. We paid about for lunch for 3, and had an incredible, leisurely meal with a beautiful view. I noted that my wife and I only recognized the champagne list up to around 100 euros/bottle. Sophie has a friend who is educating her palette from his wine cellar, and she recognized the entire list. She charmed the waiters and they insisted we stay after closing to enjoy the view as they pointed out areas of the city. In the evening, Sophie met us at our hotel
