One phone call was all that was needed to set up an appointment with Victoria. I usually prefer younger women but felt like someone with more experience for a change - and boy, has she got experience! Victoria is a true professional and took control from the outset. A pleasant enough young lady, although not presented as well as in her photos. Easy to contact and arrange appointments - I've seen her twice but she was late both times (taxi trouble).
