Talked to monika awhile online, than made phone call. very easy to speak to, meet at my hotel during business trip. very friendly and humorous, came dressed just as i had asked in a black sweater and nice jeans. we talked for maybe 10 minutes, settled up the formal part, and she stared to help me relax
