After debating for so long and finally having common dates available, was able to schedule. Was already pre-screened a few months back, thus scheduling directly was easier. Instruction and communication was clear and to the point. As others have mentioned, the location is in Industrial area but the moment you enter it just looks amazing. Her place is clean and well kept. Loved the tour and parking wasn't a problem at all. After the warm hug at welcome, we sat down on the couch to get comfortable. I am not that good of a conversationalist but Kat made sure i feel comfortable.
