After looking through the numerous reviews of Sidney here, it seemed to be a no-brainer. I inquired as to availability via e-mail and received a prompt response. As it turns out, the TER reviews were spot-on and she definitely lived up to the billing. Sid was aware that this was my first time with a provider and I was naturally quite nervous. A classy lady, she put me at ease immediately. To top it off, it was a bonus day for me, as she gave me the opportunity to have a second provider join us.
