I wish to start with a baseball terminology. This year in the “hobby”, I had a few singles, some doubles, a triple and the dreaded strikeout . Then I meet Anna, she is what every player in this sport is looking for, the HOME RUN. Our first contact for a meeting didn’t work out because we didn’t have a date or time that worked for both of us. Then we picked a new date and time that was able to work for both of us. The day before our meeting she text me the location and told me to call her when I arrived. I called and she text me the room number and that the door would be ajar. I had brought a cooler with me and some beverages and snacks as we had agreed to have for our down time. Anna’s drink of choice is San Pellegrino water with a lime, mine is a little stronger, Scotch on the rocks. I got to her room and opened the door which was ajar. There stood this most beautiful women in a black dress and heels. We had a light kiss and I put down the cooler, opened it and took out the contents. Anna informed me that she had also ordered some appetizers from room service that would be arriving in a few minutes. Then we found out the didn’t have any real glasses, only plastic cups, so Anna called room service back to include glasses with the order. Room service was right on time and everything was as ordered. We fixed the beverages and the appetizers so we could have a light snack before the real action started.
