I emailed Madison two weeks before I arrived in Atlanta. She emailed me back and wanted to know the exact date I was going to be in town. I was easily verified with my TER whitelistings and I had previously seen her doubles partner Brooke. Contacted her the day before I left to let her know the hotel information.
