Speaking as a her regular, I've given her priority over other providers because I know her to be consistent. Monica always asks how I've been when I come in and is personable. When you know what to expect and what she is like you feel more at ease. Sometimes she has stuff on her mind from that day so she shares it or shows concern for where I'm at in life. I really like it when she is in a certain mood she will really joke around and carry on good humor. Sometimes though she can be a bit moody or stressed with her personal life and so is a bit withdrawn.
