Chloe looked decent in her ads and sounded OK on the phone. She made arrangements for us to meet near a motel near 495 and Connecticut Ave. Although I reached the location on time, she was running late (approximately 20-30 min's). After she checked into the room, she gave me a call to come on over. I should have cancelled. VIPs read on.
