I was calling around early morning again (no offense to my brother hobbyists, but I prefer batting lead-off ;-) and based on my previous experience expected to get a bunch of answering machines before reaching a real, live woman. Luckily I called Maggie and she picked up right away. She has a very strong accent but fortunately her directions were clear enough that we were able to arrange a meeting that morning. After the standard two calls I met her outside her apartment in Koreatown. The place was a little run-down, but I don’t mind that - I figure the more upscale a place is the more likely the neighbors are to complain and get LE involved. Maggie has a pretty face and even though she was wearing a coat I could tell she had a nice figure.
