She responded quickly to my emails. After a few, we found a time. I wanted a noon appointment and she joked that it would be hard for her to get ready in time, but she could do it. Her emails were upbeat. She give you her telephone number and you call her when you get in the area of her neighborhood. I called and she told me she was running about 5 minutes late. But I got upstairs and all was fine.
