I first tried to reach out to Natane in March but she was not in the DC area. The correspondence was email and she was very polite. She send me the link to her verification page via her website. The process was painless and there was a variety of ways to verify. I reached out to her again when I saw her back in town. After a few emails back and forth a date was set up. She gave me a call the day of our appoinment and told me to call her back once I arrive at the hotel. I called her in the lobby and was given a room number. I went up stairs knocked on the door and she greeted me with a sweet kiss and a nice smile. Non VIPS this is a great woman, treat her well.
