Carla was easy to contact, and very responsive, if justifiably matter-of-fact over the phone. She stays in Santa Monica about once a month, for a week, and stays in a nice hotel by the ocean. When she opened the door, I breathed a sigh of relief, in that she was as pictured, and as indicated by othr reviews: Quite stunningly beautiful. She was also really nice, and made me feel comfortable, at home, and there was no sense of rushing.
