Sent text late afternoon requesting for a time the following day or the day after that. Got reply the next morning and confirmed later that evening. She sounded chill and easy going. About an hour before appointment time, got text to confirm and asked if we can push back by 15 minutes. I said no problem. Arrived and found street parking, no problem.
