Chanel was on my radar for a while. I checked her recent reviews and decided to give a try. After being verified by Chanel assistant, I was clear to make an appointment. For my first appointment attempt, Chanel assistant told me that Chanel cannot meet me because she had a surgery and needed time to recover. My second appointment attempt was delayed by a day due to Chanel family issue. However, this was awarded by an offered discount for 2 hours appointment. When I arrived at Chanel location, I had to wait around 15 minutes until Chanel showed up. There was a confusion at which building entrance we had to meet.
