Nicole is easy to deal with by phone. She responds quickly. Little formal checking (unless you sound like a cop or a jerk). Nice apartment, well kept. Nicole opens the door with a big smile and the clothes to remind you why you are there - really nice! After a quick check of the driver's license, off you go.
