Susan was very easy to contact both by email and phone. She lives in the country, but it was not a problem locating her. She met me and it was as if we had known each other all our lives. She held my hand and talked...she also listened. After about 15 minutes we went to her room. She is soft and warm and she knew exactly how to handle me.
