Made arrangements with Nicole by phone earlier in the week for a Friday appointment. Was very talkative on the phone and very personable. Called her the morning of the appointment to confirm and was told she would call me back when she had the room number. Met her at the hotel, but room service was cleaning the room so we sat in my car and talked for about 15 minutes about various things. When room service finally finished the room she went up and got ready and then called me up to her.
