Texted Jade to set up an appointment. Took a few hours to respond, but easy to set up a time from there. After confirming the appointment, it seems that she has some auto text system that confirms the details and a confirmation text the day before. Not very personable, but efficient. When I got to her hotel it was a few minutes past our appointment before I got a text back, but let me tell you, it was worth the wait!
