I contacted Heather through her website email and she responded rather quickly. We agreed on a date and time to meet through email. I called her on the date we were to meet to be sure we were on and so she could hear that I was a real person. She was very nice and set my mind at ease. It took me a while to do this review due to unavoidable circumstances, but I wanted to get it on here for her.
