Contact was easy. Very flexible with time. She was a half hour late for our appointment, When she arrived late she asked to wash her hands. She went into the restroom and took a shower! Came out in half in hour later. By this time we are into an hour and nothing happened yet. She is over weight and her teeth are rotten, and you can see scars on her arms. Hopefully she is clean. After our first round she again asked to wash her hands, she went in and took another shower, this time 45 minutes. At this point I just wanted her to leave. I will not repeat. Save your money.
