2 call system... actually, once I arrived at the location, she didn't pick up at the time that she told me to call. I called about 5 times within 10-15 minutes and she finally answered. She then asked for me to wait for a couple of minutes while she cleaned the room. She called me back about 4 minutes later. I went up and the room was a mess. She apologized for the delay stating that her roommate was using the room.
