Crystal has a two call system. You call on her number, and then she claims that she has to call you back for directions. She calls back from a private number. She had two phones. She promised to arrive in 30 minutes and then arrived in one hour. She sat down and explained that she was going to share a little about herself. It turns out that she wanted to renegotiate her fee that she quoted on the phone. This is never a good way to start.
