I had better luck contacting her via email. After filling the form it was all about getting the right time setup. She seems quite busy so better luck setting up an appointment a few days in advance. Ellie is very pretty yet very professional. I got in touch with her in the morning and didn't get her in the best of mood but your experience may vary. Overall pretty interactive.
