This was my second time seeing Lauren. The last time I saw her was with another provider and it was fantastic. I knew what I could expect but it had been a few months and I got an email from her which prompted me to set up an appointment. Due to my crazy schedules, I chose a late Sat evening appointment. The worst part of the evening was getting to her in-call due to crazy traffic and compounded by an accident. I kept Lauren updated and she was understanding.
