This woman is on the back end of a serious mental breakdown. She was seeing people that weren't there and generally acting like someone with serious mental illness. Maybe it was a scam, but from what I could tell, just a deeply troubled person. I'll write more below. But suffice it to say, stay away...I gave her some cash to keep things peaceful and just left.
