First time hobbyist. Screening was ok. I started days early to avoid delays. The usual texting of instructions and directions. Her assistant is very good. Phoebe is very pretty and sweet. She tries hard, but didn't have a super connection. It's probably hard to be GFE for old dudes. To many other fish for me to repeat. YMMV.

As a first timer, set up was a little time consuming, so I started early. Once screened scheduling was easy. Maria is gracious and friendly. Four hands is a definite must if you've never done it. I would use this agency again.
