Contacted her by phone. She didn't answer her phone but called me back right away. I scheduled a time with her and she asked me to call her when I was on my way. She told me to call when I got there and she would give me the room number. When I got there, she told me which building she was in and told me she would have her head poked out of her room and I'd see her. Her room was at the top of the steps and she greeted me enthusiastically. She gives great hugs and is very friendly. See
