I contacted Ophelia via e-mail, late one night, after having seen her websites, hoping to set something up for the next day. She responded promptly the following morning and, after speaking via phone, we agreed to meet up that evening for a two-hour session. We had a very pleasant chat on the phone, whereby I received any and all necessary information, including an accurate fee quote. She's by far the best I've run across with respect to communicating, both in e-mail and on the phone. I knew what I wanted, asked politely, and she responded with direct answers, and so I knew what to expect and received exactly that, and that's worth a lot to this guy.
