So I have seen Alexis before but not in a while. (about a year). I now remember why. Although she is very good and her services are top notch there are a couple little things that prevent an overall excellent review and comes down to maybe my preference for little things in chemistry. For example she gave me directions but left out an important part about the entrance and what floor she was on. I called her back for more details as I was parked and she seems annoyed that I even asked. Her response was "please be discreet" I just said ok and eventually walked around the building and found the correct entrance I assumed and eventually found the floor and unit#.
