Been to fio's before, so was looking forward to meeting Luna. Painless to make an appointment. Gave the address, got there, called and was buzzed in (non doorman building). over all, a good experience. I would repeat.

Normal 2 call system. Called to make the appntmnt.. gave me the cross street, called again and gave me the building and apt #s. weird coz its a commercial building. Knocked on teh door.
