Contacted Toni by email about a week before my visit to Milwaukee after reading her positive reviews on TER. She got back to me within a day and we set up a time for her to come to my downtown hotel. She called the day before to confirm and called on the way to let me know she was running a few minutes late. Showed up at my hotel with a nice kiss and hug and some get to know you conversation. VIP's read on.
