I'd seen Sophie before on a previous trip to Toronto and decided to see her again while there recently. She hadn't been working lately but as luck would have it I checked before boarding my flight and she was working that day. Called the agency and booked her for 2 hours late that afternoon. They were very accomodating when I had to push back the date by 1/2 hour (I'm guessing I was the last appointment of the day).
