So the initial visit is easy to set up. Texting is the preferred method. She had to push my appt back to the afternoon apparently she double booked the morning. Which I had the day off and was fine with it. The initial session is a little more than if you're a repeat customer. Also she spends the first 30 min of the half hour talking and getting to know you trying to establish that connection which is good. Overall it was a very hot and intense experience. I would recommend it at least once and I would repeat.
