Easy to contact through email and very friendly in email and on the phone. I was a little nervous but was put at ease quickly with her easy going personality. I really needed a good massage and she delivered and then some. She was easy to talk to, set the ground rules which I had no problem with, and went beyond to make sure I was happy. Not a clock watcher, will repeat.
